Kopi Luwak is made from the bean of coffee berries which have been selected and eaten by the Asian Palm Civet, then passed through its digestive track and the beans are defecated. After a process of cleansing, sun drying, roasting and brewing, these beans yield a cup of kopi luwak is thick and heavy with a strong chocolaty taste. Also, the sweet aftertast stays in your mouth that makes you want to have one more sip of coffee. Nowadays, Kopi Luwak can be divided into two categories, one is "Natural Wild" and the other is "artificial feeding". Since the wild civets choose their food very carefully, the coffee berries they've chosen are the best quality based on the maturity, aroma and sweetness.
